History
During the end of Ming and the first of Qing dynasty, Huguang filled in Sichuan. A person who named Chen Yixian immigrated into Pixian county. His family growed larger and larger with the passing time.
In about 1688the standard of living is low, people mainly took pickles, salted chili with rice then. And the Chen family also established a workshop, which mainly focused on manufacturing and operating seasonings like soy sauce, salted chili, etc.
In 1804, Chen Huichun, who is collateral of Chen family, opened Shun Tian HaoSauce Park at South Street of Pixian County. They mainly manufactured and sold soy sauce, salted chili, bran vinegar and salt, etc.
In 1853, Chen Shouxin, also named (Yiqian, or Guangqian), found that it is easy to engender water in salted chili and it is not easy keep the sauce. He devoted himself into the developing of this issue. He tried to put peas into the salted chili to suck water but helped little. And then he used broad beans instead of peas, but also failed. Finally, he took example by the fermentation of Tofu, put into flour and broad bean into salted chili, mixed them and fermented again. He found it tasted delicious. From then on, Pixian Broad Bean Sauce came into being. So he started his business----Yi Feng He Sauce Park, and merged Shun Tian Hao Sauce Park.
During the Emperor Guangxu, Mr. Chen Shouxin taught his skills to his 6th son----Chen Zhuan(Alaso named Zhengping). Chen Zhuan managed his business well and enlarge the production of Pixian Bean Sauce to 15,000 to 20,000 kilogramme. It grew a lot.
In 1905, Mr. Gong Lubing immigrated into Pixian County. He was from Shanxi and with the help of his fellows, he established Yuan Feng He Sauce Park on East Street of Pixian County, focused on the business of Pixian Bean Sauce. The scale of the two sauce parks are almost the same. As they competed with each other, the quality and skills kept improving during this period of time. However, with special recipe and skills, Yi Feng He always kept winning.
After the liberation, we got many supports from the Party and our local government. Then in 1955,we established Pixian Douban Factory, whose general manager is Chen Wenbo, who is the boss of Yi Feng He. In order to thank for the trusting of our Party and government, posterity of Chen Family taught the recipe and skills of Pixian Bean Sauce to workers of the factory. It helped improve Pixian Bean Sauce to a higher level.
After the revolution, in 1981, we registered Juan Cheng brand. From then on, Pixian Bean Sauce stepped from workshop to industrialization. Across the Pixian County, many private enterprises grew up. The development of Pixian Bean Sauce turned to a new page in the competition and cooperation.

New Factory:
According to demand of the market and strategic development, and thank to the support of Pixian government, our company began the construction of new factory since March, 2008.
The new factory is located in Ande Town, Pixian County, Chengdu Half an Hour Circle, which is Sichuan Food Industrial Park of China. This project is one of the most important items of Pixian County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It covers 161 units of area, the planning construction area is 50000 square meters. The planning production is 10,0000 tons of Pixian Bean Sauce and seasonings. The investment of this project is nearly RMB132 million. And all will be finished in 30th, July, 2009.
Features of the design of new factory:
1.The efficient production line of automatic washing and processing of fresh chili: Effectively ensure the quality of chili grains, and clear the impurities of materials of agricultural and sideline products, to guarantee the quality of products.
2. It adopts automatically totally-enclosed stainless net canopy: Revolutionary innovation has been taken on original skills of making shop. It has not only made Pixian Bean Sauce remain the traditional making process and peculiar flavour, but also thoroughly improved the hygienic conditions during production. It lays the foundation of hygiene and good quality of products.
3. Automatically packing line: It improves the quality in the procedure of packing, and the delivery time has been powerfully guaranteed.
